I have asthma which only manifests itself when I am overweight and unfit. I managed to lose 30 pounds in the first half of this year. Then I broke my rib and went to the states and smashed down Taco Bell. I'm so glad we don't have it in Australia because I put 10 pounds back on in a couple of weeks. I've got a 2 year old daughter and another one due in a month. I don't want to get tired and not want to play, or be able to play, with them because I'm out of breath. I love being fit, being healthy, but I hate that I've slipped far enough to make it hard to get back up. I was going to do the last 6 week challenge but because of the rib I had enough excuses not to be a part of it. I'll start the next one, but I've got to get working now, to have something to work from by the time daughter number 2 comes along. Quote Link to comment
