Hey there, I'm new :)

Just wanted to say hi and tell a little bit about myself.

 

I'm Tommy and new here on the site and forum. Been looking around a bit for ways to keep me motivated when working out.
Who am I? I'm a 30 year old guy from the Netherlands.
My occupation is Webdesigner/developer but i am in between jobs at the moment. (damn that economy!)

For fun i play computer games, surf the web, draw and do ink-paintings, watch series and movies and i love to travel. Although right now its not really possible to travel due to lack of money.

 

I have a little bit of a buddha belly going on at the moment and want to change that, since it's uncomfortable.
As i'm getting heart burn, have zero energy, my pants are not closing or getting really tight, etc.

I used to be pretty sporty but now i am a couch potato. I used to play soccer and do taekwondo (have a blue belt).


My Fitness goals:
- lose weight and get rid of the belly.
- Next year i want to do a local 10 mile run.

- Pick up taekwondo again and ultimately get my black belt


Other life goals:
- find a decent job again so i dont have to rely on welfare (i hate that i am no good to society atm)
- Get my confidence level up again
 

 

Time to level up!
