And so the questing begins...

Helllo everyone,

 

Long time gamer here that has finally accepted the quest of getting into better shape.

 

I think the whole roleplaying thing you guys have running here makes it much more interesting and fun.

 

My main goals overall are to:

-Lose 70lbs

-Improve muscular strength

-Improve stamina

-Improve my spirtual health (meditation, tai chi, and Buddhist learning)

 

Hope to make some new friends here as well.
