I think the whole roleplaying thing you guys have running here makes it much more interesting and fun. My main goals overall are to:-Lose 70lbs-Improve muscular strength-Improve stamina-Improve my spirtual health (meditation, tai chi, and Buddhist learning) Hope to make some new friends here as well.
