For the past 8 weeks or so, I've been fighting off every kind of cold and flu that my kids can throw at me. Finally, several kilos of muscle lighter and several kg of fat heavier, I'm ready to get back on the horse. Since there's no 6 week challenge up yet for this month, I thought I may as well set my own. Here are my goals: 1. Run every second day 2. Complete the Sydney City2Surf 14km race at a sub 10km/h pace 3. Win my handstand pushups back and make a video of it for Steve And for a non-fitness related one: 4. Get on top of my uni work: do something, however small, every second day I've started on the right foot with a 2.5 km run that includes a steep 1km hill at the end.
