enderatrd Posted September 9, 2013 Report Share Posted September 9, 2013 So with just one week under my belt of eating Paleo on my business trips and doing at least some kind of exercise like walking for at least 5 min/day, I'm already down 12 pounds, that's right double digits!!! If that's not incentive to keep it up, I don't know what is. So excited and can't wait to see how it goes for the rest of the month. Quote Link to comment
