kearle
Micturating mother of mercy, it was hot and humid on my run in Albany, NY, this afternoon. But I did the run and kept the pace below my upper limit. I'm following Budd Coates' 'schedule A' from 'Running on Air'. How do you folks handle running in heat and humidity? PlatypusGarden
I started keeping my runs in the morning to avoid the worst part of the day. I could not imagine having a run this afternoon in Central PA. Yuck! Quote "Fix reason firmly in her seat, and call to her tribunal every fact, every opinion. Question with boldness even the existence of a god; because, if there be one, he must more approve the homage of reason, than that of blindfolded fear."-Thomas Jefferson Current Challenge Link to comment
