TimG Posted September 13, 2013 Report Share Posted September 13, 2013 For the first time in ages I have reached a weight under 100kg/220 lbs :-))It feels so good that I have finally hit the 2 number figure After 51 days I lost around 14/15kg (around 31 lbs) thnx to a diet and more exercise. Going for the perfect bmi I should lose around 8/9kg (18lbs) more. But that is for later, For now I'm just happy with the results so far Quote Link to comment

I never thought of 220 as anything other than the next milestone I hit (227 this morning). Realizing it represents 100kg just adds to the motivation. Keep up the good work. Quote Link to comment

Thnx whoiwas, and yes, it means that you can measure yourself in two figures instead of three in kg ...talking about a milestone I havent reached for quite some time now the best of luck to you too with hitting that mark! Hi there Jakkals, I just sticked to a diet from a dietist for a change (she made a clear schedule of what and when I should eat and drink ...it was quite the transformation compared to my usual habits) and exercised some more too.It seems like it's doing the trick so far Quote Link to comment
