Well, I am a desk jockey in very poor physical condition, who just realized that in order to be the best man/husband/father I can possibly be this would need to change. Stats: Male, 31 years, 182 cm tall (~6 feet), 102 kg (~225 lbs) I have been eating semi-paleo on-off for the last couple of months (breakfast and dinner pretty much paleo, lunch not so much) with already some great results. I have not been working out or doing much physically for the last 10 years, but that is about to change!
