Hey all -

 

Been reading the forums and such for the last week and decided to sign up today and join the forums / Challenge.  I'm a 27 year male working as an auditor for a CPA firm in Seattle.  Over the last 4 years I've seen my weight range from 190 to 246 pounds, I'm currently at 229 lbs and 5'9".  My biggest issue is consistency.  I typically diet/exercise well for a month or two and then fall off the wagon, hence the fluctuations in my weight.  I need to start making habitual changes in order for the diet/exercise to become more a part of my lifestyle.

 

My main goal in life is to have as much fun as possible.  While I think I do pretty well, I know there is more fun to be had for a fitter, slimmer me.

 

Looking forward to taking advantage of everything NF had offer!!
