I am a type 1 diabetic I have struggled to control it, and my accompanying eating disorder for the past 6 years. I am ready to move on and would like to use this challenge as a jumping off point. My goals:1. Get my a1c below 72. Lower my resting heart rate by 10 bpm3. Be able to hold all Bikram yoga poses for 5 breaths each In addition, I'm trying to increase my income and find a second job. This is my "side goal," but it's a big goal for me. My motivation is to become more self-sufficient and allow myself to move on to things other than constantly worrying about my health all of the time. Bigger and better things! Edit: My time frame is 90 days, but i'm going to set some 6 week goals and will update when I do so! Quote Link to comment
