Looks like some very smart and dedicated people so I thought I'd register. I've lost 40 lbs in past 4 months on the way from 260 to goal of 200. I lift some things, push some things, pedal a bit on a stationary bike, and I watch what I eat. And I measure and track everything. Hope to maybe contribute if I see something I know about.
