Greetings all, I'm new to this lifestyle and website. I was introduced to this by a friend at the gym and I witnessed the amazing result he and his wife have achieved and decided it was time for me to change my diet and give this a go. I recently retired from the US Army after 23 years and 3 deployments. Needless to say it's been a big change from being a Blackhawk helicopter pilot to becoming a stay at home dad of twin 5 year old boys. But I will say I love everything about it. My wife is still in the Army and is tagging along on this new diet with me. I don't think I should be calling it a diet though. I'm looking at it as one of many changes in my lifestyle as of late. I look forward to posting more about my journey in the future and hearing more from all of you as well.

Thanks,

Chris

welcome!

I can imagine there's a bit of adjustment to undergo.  The noise, the endless conflict... they eventually grow out of it though :)

Not sure if it was buzz or woody that said it though.
