But I think with your help I'll get back on track. Nerd Fitness inspired me to start working out even though I've always been fit. But now I want to be stronger and faster than I am now. Curently I'm eating paleo quiet often and am doing bodyweight workouts. I hope I'll start working out with logs and other weights in the future.
