I read the article about Staci and have decided to have a go at powerlifting. For the last decade I have mainly used dumbbells and to exhaustion, however just not really getting the right results which for me, right now is to almost half my body fat (down to 15%) and for now, be able to lift twice what I can at the moment. Current Stats:5'3", 140lb, 28% body fat.Squat = 25kg, Push press = 20kg (more than I thought!)Deadlift 50kg, Pull Up - not yet, but am working on it Photo to come tomorrow.Other goals include working towards becoming the best me possible so I can make a difference to the people around me Here's to levelling up!
