My main goals are to be able to hang ten on a longboard and to fight in a Muay Thai match.  These are the only sports I've ever really enjoyed.

 

4 months ago I was offered my dream job of programming robots and since then my fitness motivation has been off the charts. I've lost 2 stone (12.7kg) mainly from Paleo eating and being a bit more active.  But now I've settled in and been going surfing and to fight club regularly I decided to join and create tangible goals to work towards. I've set them here in my first 6 week challenge :)

Welcome to the rebellion!!  Also well done on losing 2 stone, that's great.

I think it helps when you have goals that you can see and work towards.  Best of luck!

Levelling up in Final Fantasy can get dull, but look at what happens when you put in the work.  What doesn't kill you gives you XP!
