Muscle-Ups Vanquished

I DID 2 MUSCLE UPS!!!!!!!!! on a bar at the gym after not training for 3 1/2 weeks due to a hip injury from deadlifting, whenever i do pull ups on a bar i do it as explosively as possible to get me used to the movement for muscle ups, did it at the gym today and thought 'hold up i could go further up than this' so i did another rep and BAM muscle-up 1 done, then again, then... fail but neeearly did a third probably didn't do it quite right i think but still, i can finally do it! after not training for 3 weeks as well.
