When I started doing a basic workout got down to 340, but started doing a modified version of the body weight workout with the parkour workout and last night, I weighed in at 329, and same as this morning. I know it's not the biggest deal but it actually shows progress. Which is making me happy that there is actual progress going on. Quote Link to comment
