I am an underfit, overweight old guy from the uk, well actually thats not true now, it was 6 months ago, i have lost 25% of my weeight, gone from 37% - 19% BF, started regular exercise and Quit smoking.

as i get closer to my targets it is getting more difficult especially with the winter aproaching, so here i am looking for the insperation i need.

i look forward to reading the forums and getting closer to those targets !

Congrats on the progress you're making so far!

 

It's always tough when life puts kinks in our routine. Look at it as an opportunity to find new things to try.

 

If you've been jogging outdoors, buy a kettlebell and learn how to swing it. Switch from barbells to gymnastics-style bodyweight exercises. What you switch to doesn't matter as much as the attitude that takes each "obstacle" and figures out how to make it an opportunity for continued progress.
