How are you Gentlemen, ladies.

Hello future friends and nemesi (jkjk... just nemesi ;) )

Name's Matt. After four years of giving fitness the old college try (I'm a recent grad you see, BA in history, heading to law school... yeah yeah i know... law school, expensive, poor job market). I've decided to actually get off my arse, stop making excuses, and whip myself into shape. Since I spent the last for years doing a little too much sitting and not enough being human I've written a contract to myself to run 3 days a week, start with Steve's angry birds workout (I'm also adding burpies), and begin fixing my "diet." I'm gonna be weaning myself off of bread and sugar over the next week. My plan is to done with it by the end of next week.
