How's it goin', eh?

Hey hosers,

Ok, we don't say "hosers" up in the north but we do say eh, sometimes. Anyway, I'm looking to finally ditch this tire tube and flabby thighs I got from too many nights of Halo 3 pizza and energy drinks from college. Freshman 15? Try freshman 50! I joined up with the mailing list and I've been looking around for information. So far I've started lane swimming 3 times a week an doing freeweights on alternating days. I've started counting calories, but after seeing Spezzy's story in my inbox I want to try the Paleo diet and start turning that fat into muscle.

Thanks Loren!

I ordered a few books on the Paleo diet to get me started, and I've just been concentrating (started today) on just natural foods (omelette for breakfast, steak and steamed veggies for supper), except for that one beer, and one soda... tomorrow will be better :rolleyes:
