Don't have a good pic of it right now (better than the ones on my avi/sig)...

But my traps. No part advertises that you work out like the traps. Its also typically a very underdeveloped area for bodyweight folks (especially the showy upper traps). I don't totally focus my efforts there, but I do a fair bit of extra work specifically for the traps.

I also think it is the area that has changed the most dramatically since I started this journey.

Terrific, insanity.

 

Finger pistols are so underrated and underused. I'm in favor of replacing awkward greeting hugs with finger pistols and *pew pew* sounds.

2016 goals: Hit goal weight. Build muscle.

2015 goals: Get stronger, stop loathing squats and get better at them - DONE!!!

2014 goal: Lose 52.5 lbs. - DONE!!! 12/13/14

Finger pistols are so underrated and underused. I'm in favor of replacing awkward greeting hugs with finger pistols and *pew pew* sounds.

I like the finger snap to pistols, with a tongue click and head nod... :-)
