andygates
Fitocracy has changed its logging pages. In accord with the current fetish for dysfunctional minimalism (see Slate and Win8), a nice table of numbers is now a game of hide-and-seek. I haz a sad. Why do people design stuff like this? Who makes them think it's a good idea? Do I need to build a time machine to get to Hard Candy Shell before they were famous and flood their server room with bees? Quote Link to comment
Irishrages
Not a big fan of the changes, either. It does seem like each time they update the site or the app, they make it a bit harder to move around between tracking and editing your workouts.I originally liked it for the simplicity of use (not appearance) and the gamification. I'm not so worried about it having a great aesthetic, as I am about having it help motivate me... If it gets any harder to navigate around, and/or if the app doesn't get less buggy, it'll slip from my must-have fitness apps.... LessJos
I stopped using it since it was so buggy. I just tried it to check out the new design and I can't even open it. Crashes immediately. I guess I am still not going back... Quote pre-AssassinClear eyes, full heart, can't lose!Twitter Link to comment
andygates
Give the bug crew a little longer. It's horrid finding that your shiny new rollout is full of teeth and hair. Quote Link to comment
andygates
Bugs fixed. If the tracking redesign doesn't affect you the way it affects me (blind frustration - literally, as a decent set doesn't fit onscreen with all the pseudo-minimalist flab around it) it should be good to go now.
