I heard about this site from Lifehacker a few months back and I was really into the idea, but I never really jumped in. I just started working full time at the end of last year, so it kind of got me out of my workout "hiatus", if you will. While I was unemployed, I trained a lot in my free time, but it was mostly fad training programs (Insanity and the like). I can't deny it was pretty helpful. The main reason I joined... is I guess I need help with planning my diet? I travel a lot since I play fighting games, and I more or less gave up on food selection there - I choose the least evil selection. But, during the week (when I have control), I know I can do better, I just don't really know what to do. I do have strength goals that I've been sticking to since May though, calisthenics is fun!
