Kaylya
I lost some weight a few years ago (basically from "just barely obese" to "just barely normal" by BMI), and while I've kept up many good habits I've gained a fair bit of it back. The past few months I have been on a slight downward trend though. I'm not so concerned with exactly how much I weigh as where the trendline is going. I want to run 5k faster, be able to run 10k (but not further! that's for crazy people ), and be stronger. Mostly I want to not go into hibernation mode over the winter. I have an on again, off again relationship with strength training that I'd like to make more consistent, but I have been doing 90 minutes of yoga once per week fairly consistently for a few months now. I did the NF beginner circuit this morning. Quote "None of us can choose to be perfect, but all of us can choose to be better." - Lou Schuler, New Rules of Lifting for Women Link to comment
