Jeffb31
Hello! Sorry... I just love that gif. Anyways; long story short: I'm fat! I'm a 27 year old male, married with one kid (3 years old, he's awesome.) (my wife is pretty cool too.)I'm 6'4" and I currently weigh about 345.I was always overweight in my teens- lots of WoW, lots of oreos, etc. At my highest, my senior year of high school, the last weight I saw on the scale was 490.I worked at a machine shop and basically just sweat myself down to ~380 pounds. When I was about 22 years old I decided it had to stop and I had to get in shape, so I just basically started reading health magazines and looking at nothing but weight/health stuff online, quit playing games and all that jazz.By the time I was 23 I had reduced my weight to about 235.. I could actually see my "top-4" of my six pack and had some skin on the rest of my stomach but when I got into shape I started getting a lot of attention from females and got married at 23. Fast forward 5 years and that's where I am now. We've both gained weight and it's just not going to work anymore. I've got to get healthy not only for myself and my wife but a lot for my kid. I started following NF about a year ago when I saw a guest post on the art of manliness blog and have loved it but never really followed it.. just read the articles. My goal is to get my weight back down and really just enjoy life and pick up some new, more active, hobbies. Looking forward to working through this with you guys.. Any questions? Hit me up! Thanks.
