Deedee
Ah well that I am figuring out, clearly with how much I should loose I am not proficient at diet or exercise I am open to suggestions, I don't love working out per se but I love walking with my dog and wrestling around with my kids but I believe I need to really find some exercise that I enjoy that feels like fun rather the workAs far as food the paleo diet speaks to me but I find myself nervous to take grains away from my diet Quote Link to comment
bulldog73
First of all, welcome to the Rebellion!! Paleo is good for losing weight, as long as you're not looking for performance-type training. I don't do Paleo, but I have recently removed grains from most of my diet. I still have some 1-2x's a week, but usually on lifting days. Good luck on your journey!! Quote Link to comment
