Atriedes Posted October 29, 2013 Report Share Posted October 29, 2013 Hi All... I'm 30....weigh in at about 215 lbs and I'm full of potential. Why am I full of potential, you ask? Because when I do any kind of physical activity for a period of time (~2-3 weeks), I get very positive results. 2 years ago, I played hockey twice per week and did cardio on off nights...lost 3 inches on my waist and dropped to 205. I got side tracked and stopped. Added 4 inches and went up to 225. Last year, I did soccer for a month and repeated the feat! The I stopped and repeated the feat This time, I'm intending to stick to it. My wife and I are members of the SCA and I want to participate in the more physically demanding activities (See: Heavy Armored Combat!) so I've started going to the gym on a 3 times per week basis with practice on an off night (so physical activity 4 nights per week...). I've dropped 10 pounds in 2 weeks already and have gotten to the point of needing the next hole up on my belt!I don't want to stop it this time! I want 195ish...I want a 34 inch waist....I want to keep up to the other fighters! So I've come here for help and some possible motivation! Help Me NerdFitness! You're my only hope! Atriedes!
