Hey, Everyone! I just stumbled on this site yesterday and can't quit reading! I'm a 41 year old woman and I'm trying to educate myself on new ways to get fitter and leaner.

Current goals are training to run a 5k in 25 min and decreasing my body fat %, which is currently at about 24%. I've got some weight to lose, but I'm not as focused on the scale as I am on my body fat %.
