A lazy bugger's introduction

Guten Tag,

you can call me Ray, I'm 22 from germany, study computer science and right now I'm eating my last candies for a while (it's halloween DAMN).

I'm lazy and over the years I gained quite some weight.

Right now it's about 107kg (that's about 235lbs, you should start using the metric system btw).

I moved to my grandparents and my grandma likes to bake, so that doesn't help either :tongue:

 

 

Goal: I want to lose weight to feel better with my body like I used to.

I'm about ~1.85meters or about 6' and I would like to get down to around 85kg (176 lbs).

 

 

Plan:

I want to try out the paleo diet for 30 days starting tomorrow, planning to post about my expierences and hopeful success.

Since I AM LAZY no sports, atleast for now .

Weekends I want to break the rules a little, a piece of cake or maybe some pizza or alcohol with friends.

 

 

I know that my grandma will help with the cooking so that dinner and breakfast shouldn't be a problem. Any ideas about University?

Also I have a request for you, tell me your favourite paleo meal/recipe, so I can try it out :)

 

Time for bed now, it's 00:14 am here ;)
