Allannas
I'm a newbie around here and starting a new fitness program with a personal trainer and trying to start implementing a few diet rules. I haven't had the emotional strength and endurance to keep to the diet rules I've tried to make for myself in the past. When I see candy or cookies or cupcake or cake or anything delicious set in front of me and/or offered to me, I take it and eat it, even when I know I really shouldn't. I know my body really doesn't want it, but my mind does! I'm diabetic and weigh 188 lbs. with a height of 5'6". I need to lose about 50 lbs. for the sake of my health. I'm going to be lurking around here, and hopefully trying a challenge or two. I want to be a ranger...stronger than I am now, with high endurance. Quote Link to comment
Bearsquad
Aloha and welcome! Having a personal trainer is great, if he's competent talk with him about your diet changes, I believe it will motivate you more, I wish you the best of luck and health for your journey! Quote Link to comment
