pmalpica Posted November 4, 2013 Report Share Posted November 4, 2013 well, i don't know how to start this. i guess that i'm a little bit shy. i've been looking info about fitness and nutrition facts several times but never put int practice but i like to start once and for all. experience on fitness? no, but i'm table tennis player for years as a hobbie and i like running, but i have some problems in my knee about 6 months ago. That's why i'd like to focus on the nutrition part to lose some weight, (i'm not really a big person.5,77 ft and 185,19 lb) and progressively add fitness and table tennis routine as long as my knee is fine.i hope make my best effort and receive good advice, and why not? ... make some friends.sorry for my bad english.
