I've been reading nerd fitness since this summer. Using the beginner body workout and cardio with a Paleo influenced diet, I've lost 50 pounds since June 1st (224 to 174). 

 

However, i feel I'm 'skinny fat'. I still have a lot of belly and chest fat. I eat good mostly (80/20 rule) but I decided i'm going full Paleo starting on Monday (need to go grocery shopping this weekend!)

 

I am also starting strength training Monday as well. 

 

Any advice is welcome.
