to be an assassin is my ideal body type

Hi my name is Jerrold ever since assassins creed came and before in fact I've always wanted to to learn parkour my body type now its 6'2" 175 lbs (175 usually being my top weight) I'm trying to get in shape in this field because it helps me think but doesn't require me to be superman or even Batman I like my body I just want to use it better than its in its current state. AlsoI have asthma which I have learned to control which is why I'm ready to start again on this path.
