Hi all,

 

Thanks for having me in your wonderful community. I joined now because I want to join the 6-week challenge that starts on the 11th.

 

Some background information:

I am a 33 year old woman from the Netherlands. My health and fitness goals are a bit vague at this point. I play team sports regularly (2-4 times per week), but lately I have been suffering from aches and pains that take some of the fun out. Of course you could blame increasing age, but I like to blame my sedentary work... My 6-week challenge will probably involve being more consistent in doing the body-weight exercises that strengthen my body to prevent injuries. If I make it through that, we'll see about the next challenge/goals.

 

Thanks again, and I hope to meet more European rebels soon.
