Just looking for some support! I have always been pretty skinny and liked the way I look. But I love food and basically hate exercise, so that's not working so well for me. I have been noticing a little flab lately. I'm really out of shape and I want to change that. I think I might want run so I'm basically just lookin for support. Thanks!

The good news is you don't have to love exercise to get the benefits of it!  You just need to be committed enough to actually do something.  And maybe you hate exercise because that's all it is to you.  What if you got into a league and played soccer or something?

 

Either way, if you want to get into running, go for it!  Make it your goal to go at least once a week, then twice a week, and so on.  Get that discipline in order!

Well support is definitely what you'll get here, more than you can shake a stick at (not sure why I went with that particular phrase, but let's roll with it)/.

Don't be afraid to ask for advice, suggestions, tips, and tricks. Someone will be able to assist :)
