I'm a massive geek, I watch Doctor Who, have a secret love for gaming and enjoy reading. According to someone, I'm not sure who, this means I can't be healthy and/or good at sport. My ultimate aims are a bit muddled. On one hand I want to enter increasingly long distance runs (I have a 10k next month) and I aim to start triathlons. On the other hand I'm not ashamed to admit I'm pretty vain (I'm sure many of you really are too) and would like to gain a bit of healthy weight. Clearly this is going to be a challenge. It will just require coming up with a plan that incorporates both strength training and running, which members of this community will certainly be able to help out with!
