I instinctively do one rep of this already at the end of my sets, just because it feels natural. Kinda resets me before I drop off the bar. Or something. Maybe it's just that I like the way it looks in the mirror. Probably that. Never thought to do full sets of them as an assistance exercise, though.Enjoy!
