Freddy5Fingers
Geesh, I feel like the old one here.I'm 41 and a web app developer who for the most part hasn't been all that active till the past 3 years (outside a few fly fishing expeditions). Two years ago I joined Weight Watchers and it was a good program that helped me drop 35 pounds (went from 240 to 205). But this is where I have stalled and while I am in better shape, I felt that I needed to re-evaluate my fitness goals. No longer measure my fitness according to the scaleContinue to follow a Paleo/Primal nutrition plan (going on 2 months now)Do 10 dead hang pull ups by the end of the yearShorten my mile run to under 9 minutes (currently at 9:30/mile)Just get strongerI am in by no means in phenomenal shape (my recent Crossfit shape proved that). But I loved the workout all the same. Started the Recruit level of the NF Fitness plan this last Saturday. It was a fun workout and I look forward to making progress.P.S. My wife think's I'm crazy for doing a "before" photo, but Steve said in his book that I had to. Quote Link to comment
Loren Wade
There's folks older than you here and age doesn't matter! Hahaha. A before photo makes you feel so much better when you look back at your weight loss. Welcome to the Rebellion! Quote lobro's a druid? twitter | fb Link to comment
