Hi everyone,

I am new here. I am here because I have problems with commitment and sticking with my work out routine.

I also need to start lifting again.

And I kind of would like lose 15-20 pounds, but I would rather look better and feel better than actually lose weight.

So that's me!

Any recommended strength training work outs? I am looking for something that is a total body workout, incorporating deadlifts and squats, that I can do like 2-3 days a week. I was doing the New Rules of Lifting program, but didn't like it when it switched to one day upper body and one day lower body and got bored with repeating the part that I liked.
