Hit the Triple Digit Squat!

I had been following the SL5x5 program, starting with body weight, and adding 5lbs to each workout, and today.... I got my 100lbs squats in!!  w00t!!

 

im only 5'3", 132lbs, so im super excited!  

 

THAT and the gym got a new power rack with adjustable safety pins.  i had been squatting outside the fixed squat rack to make my depth, so now I can squat without worry!!!  another w0000000t!
