yes Posted July 28, 2011 Report Share Posted July 28, 2011 Hi all! I am here to lose my belly, be more focused at work and get stronger. I am 28 years old, 6' 1" and weigh 195 lbs. Little of that is muscle, mostly fat. I have a sagging belly which I have never been able to get rid of. I used to weigh around 240 in late high school and since then have been able to control my weight some. However, I have never been able to lose the huge sagging bag of fat which is my belly There are two other things motivating me. a) I'm running a half marathon in november I am getting married in the upcoming January I want to be fit and ready for both of those! In exactly 30 days, I want to lose 10 pounds, and be able to do 30 pushups without stopping (I can do about 13 right now). I have been so angry at myself and at circumstance for being born to be a fatty and with a sweet tooth etc, but overall I have a wonderful life and I am going to try and have fun in this journey.
