robsternz
Hi team Rob here from Auckland, New Zealand! My challenge is to be able to do 15 proper form pullups, currently I can do about 8 or 9. A few months ago after some personal issues I decided it was time to make a big change in my life. Despite being a regular exerciser (weights and running) had always negated it with poor food and alcohol choices. In the last 15 weeks finally I have started to really make some headway and I think in another 6 weeks I should be able to achieve my goal. Weight wise I have dropped from 76kg (167 lb) to 67kg (147 lb) and don't really want to get any lighter, i'm not tall at around 5.7" 40 year old male. Anyway not sure I fully understand if this is the right way to get started, I filled out the google doc the other day, and now I think I have to post here and will update this thread going forwards? Please yell out if I have it wrong.look forward to talking to you all!Cheers Quote Link to comment
