I wish I could say I'm here to get back in to shape, because that would imply that I was in shape at one point. I am a guy who works a very sedentary but stressful job, on midnight shift no less. Over the years my weight has gone from 190 to 245. I need to get much more active and I definitely need help with my diet. The good news is that I have lost about 15 pounds in the last few months, and I have found my way back to the gym. I want to concentrate on gaining strength while staying injury free.
