Hi!

 

This board sounds like a place I can really dig into. Historically, used to be a fat kid until I stretched out and worked out off an on. I think I got as high as 200 pounds at 5'7" during university and always struggled putting on muscle which I think might be due to genetics. 

 

But through it all, had a chance to work at bodybuilding shows in my media web work but yeah, never really heard of or knew techy people into fitness. Ugh, the 8 hours of chair sitting which tightened the hamstrings and butt! Quite an interesting experience in fixing that. 

 

So yeah, now hovering around the 150s I'm aiming to get very lean this time around having switched up the lifestyle. Gonna be an interesting experience.
