Survived week one!

Small one, but amazing none the less.

I made it through the first week of working out, eating paleo, and cleaning up my entire life! I survived my first cross fit style training session. I did my first burpee! I maintained paleo even when eating out twice this week! I have avoided the scale and measuring!

That's one down, 4 to go until the end of my 5 week personal goal and the start of the next 6 week one! Here's to week 2!
