Brand new here! I've been reading the site for a little while now - essentially being an underpants gnome - and really looking to change that. I have a little extra weight I'd like to loose and would like to run a marathon again next year and start rock climbing. I've run two marathons in the past but was in better shape then and also performed horribly. I've moved to grand rapids, MI a few years back and lost my running pals and my overall heath has really gone downhill. I know literally nothing about weight training but joined a nearby gym for the low low price of 10.00/month, so hopefully I can learn how to use the free weights correctly.
