Greetings! I am new to this place and have come in peace for all mankind.  Well, not really.  I really just came here for me.  Because I'm actually trying to get into shape and a fellow nerdling of mine spoke highly of you. So, here I am.  Please forgive my intrusions into your otherwise peaceful palace.
