The mini challenge seems like the perfect way to get my feet wet before the 6 week challenge starts.My goals mostly have to do with consistency in my diet and exercise. Weight loss would be nice but is not as important to me as developing good, lifelong habits and getting stronger and healthier.I have a little knowledge about nutrition, and I know what works for me. I just have to do it! I also really enjoy cooking new recipes from all over the world, especially Mediterranean and Indian recipes. Quote Link to comment
