romse, reporting for duty!

hey everyone!

so I've kind of been lurking for the past couple weeks, and decided I should finally start participating. I'm a soon to be 20 year old (15 more days!), university of Waterloo student in computer science. I'm 5'4, 186 lbs. I've been doing martial arts (muay thai, kempo karate) for almost a year now, and have gained a nice amount of muscle since starting (considering I couldn't even do a push up on my knees when I started). My problem? there's a lovely layer of blubber hiding these muscles. So my plan is to step up, and see these muscles. I've switched to eating about 90% paleo to remedy this (with dairy though, otherwise I don't get near enough calories in the day) and have lost four pounds in the past two weeks of this, and almost an inch of my waist which is crazy! Exercise consists of three (usually, sometimes I'm lazy which is another thing we're working on) martial arts class a week, and the goal is to start throwing in a couple tabata sprints and bodyweight workouts on weekends.
