MommaTrout Posted December 28, 2013 Report Share Posted December 28, 2013 Hello everybody! I'm Jackie. 2 years ago I had a goal of loosing 90 lbs. I had lost 60 lbs over the last year and a half. Recently I have gained 20 of it back due to a loss my husband and I went through. I was depressed about the loss, now I'm depressed that I'm up in my bigger pants again. :/ So, I'm here to get that awesome support to lose that 20 plus more! I need to learn how to workout. Even though I've been in the gym for 2 years I've never learned to use the free weights or how to put together an actual routine. With the 60 lbs gone it wasn't really necessary, but now I know that I want strength! plus to tighten up the flab. Quote Link to comment
